Sustainability

Our business ethos is based upon simplified, localised supply chains and reducing waste, both commercially and environmentally. We proactively look to minimise our footprint through more mindful practices, including with our sustainable packaging solutions:

• Only using 100% recycled, recyclable and biodegradable paper

• Efficient Pregis easypack machines

• Controlled paper consumption

• Request the return of packaging from subcontractors

Our new headquarters in Basingstoke, UK, was built with ESG at its core.   

The factory was built with sustainable building materials. Energy efficient systems and waste reduction initiatives, makes it one of the UK's most environmentally advanced electronics manufacturing facilities.  

Beyond its technological capabilities, the new headquarters has an inclusive workplace environment where employees thrive. The facility includes modern collaborative spaces and amenities designed to support a diverse workforce and promote wellbeing. 

Social values

Supporting the Bookmark Reading Charity  

Since 2017, more than £9.2 million has been donated by our investors to charities focused on improving UK literacy. The aim is to advance the education of children in the United Kingdom, in particular by promoting or supporting the development of literacy. 

Supporting Evie’s Gift Charity  

In 2025, we proudly became supporters of a charity dedicated to providing practical support to parents facing one of life’s most devastating challenges- the news that their child has a life-threatening illness.
