We offer a diverse range of precision quartz crystals suitable for all industries and applications with frequencies from 30kHz up to 315MHz, operating temperature ranges out to -55 to 125°C for Military or 200°C for down-hole applications and stabilities down to 5ppm with low ageing variants.

Package sizes can be manufactured with footprints down to 1.2 x 1mm (1201) and low-profile versions with heights of only 0.35mm whilst AEC-Q200 automotive qualified and AS 9100 aerospace crystals are also available alongside high shock & vibration resistant models.

Our crystal oscillators are available in frequencies from 10kHz up to 1.5GHz and with supply voltages from 5V down to 0.9V. All standard clock oscillator outputs are available including CMOS, HCMOS, LVDS and LVPECL whilst package sizes with footprints down to 1.6 x 1mm (1601) can be specified. Operating temperature ranges out to -55 to 200°C can be manufactured for Military and other specialist applications whilst stabilities down to 5ppm are available alongside tristate variants.

Our VCXOs can be manufactured in frequencies from 1MHz up to 2.1GHz. A range of supply voltages are available from 5V down to 1.8V in addition to negative 5V variants with a wide selection of outputs including CML, CMOS, ECL, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL and PECL. Pulling capabilities up to ±250ppm can be specified along with frequency stabilities down to ±25ppm and packages with footprints down to 3.2 x 2.5mm (3225) and heights as low as 1.1mm. Operating temperature ranges out to -55 to 125°C for Military or 200°C.

Our range of TCXOs offer enhanced frequency stabilities down to ±0.05ppm and can be manufactured in frequencies from 32.768kHz up to 1.5GHz whilst many models are available with voltage control (VCTCXOs) and pulling capability up to 60ppm. Packages with footprints down to 1.6 x 1.2mm (1612) and heights as low as 0.8mm can be specified whilst operating temperature ranges out to -40 to 105°C can be specified. Output options include CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and Sine whilst supply voltage options include 5V, 3.3V, 3V, 2.8V, 2.5V and 1.8V.

Our range of OCXOs are available in frequencies from 5MHz to 120MHz with frequency stabilities down to 1ppb. Operating temperature ranges out to -40 to 125°C can be manufactured with a wide range of supply voltages from 12V down to 3.3V with either CMOS or Sine Wave outputs. Packages with footprints down to 14 x 9mm are available with heights as low as 8.0mm. Low phase noise models can be selected down to -178dBc/Hz alongside Stratum 3E versions and variants with pulling capability up to 20ppm.

Our versatile range of Real-Time Clock (RTC) modules designed for precise timekeeping with ultra-low power consumption are available in a choice of frequencies from 1.0Hz to 32.768kHz. Stabilities down to ±1ppm @ 25°C can be specified alongside supply voltages down to 0.9V with CMOS outputs. Package sizes range from 5 x 3.2mm (5032) down to 2 x 1.2mm (2012) with heights as low as 0.7mm alongside support for both I²C and SPI communication protocols and AEC-Q200 Automotive qualified models. Operating temperature ranges out to -40 to 125°C can be manufactured.

Designed for high-performance applications such as professional radio communications, military and aerospace systems, our comprehensive range of crystal filters can be specified with centre frequencies from 10.7 to 90MHz and narrow bandwidths as tight as 2kHz at 3dB. Operating temperature ranges of -20 to 70°C are available with a choice of 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 pole models. Packages vary from traditional HC49s down to ceramic surface mount packages measuring only 6 x 3.5mm (6035) and 1.5mm high with insertion loss as low as 2dB. AEC-Q200 Automotive qualified models are also available.

Golledge’s wide range of SAW filters are designed for high-performance RF and IF signal filtering with centre frequencies from 35.46MHz to 2.675GHz available and bandwidths down to 2kHz. Insertion loss as low as 2dB can be selected in packages down to 1.1 x 0.9mm (1109) and 0.6mm high whilst AEC-Q200 Automotive qualified models can also be specified.

Commonly used in a variety of electronic applications such as car key fob transmitters where a low cost and compact circuit is needed above the frequency range achievable with a crystal, our models offer centre frequencies up to 1.568979 GHz. Frequency tolerances down to 0.3kHz can be selected whilst our range of package footprints go down to 3 x 3mm (3030) and 1.4mm heights.

Enabling the simultaneous transmission and reception of signals on the same antenna by separating different frequency bands, our range of SAW Duplexers can be manufactured with Transmit (Tx) frequencies from 707MHz to 2.535GHz and Receive (Rx) frequencies from 737MHz to 2.655GHz. Models with insertion loss as low as 1.8dB for efficient signal processing are available alongside both tight and wide passband widths from 50MHz down to 2kHz. Package footprints vary from 3.8 x 3.8mm (3838) down to 1.8 x 1.4mm (1814) with heights from 5mm down to 0.5mm.
